Aaron Wallis will work with you from start to finish helping you build a top-performing  team. We provide a comprehensive yet streamlined approach to recruitment that offers capability without complexity and ensures that you remain in control throughout. 

Your project will be delivered by an expert consultant that will be your single point of contact throughout and our service, a unique concept in recruitment, is designed for today’s competitive marketplace.  You will get all of these benefits, within a fixed fee:

• 12-month rebate - protects your valuable investment in new staff.  A percentage of the fee will be repaid back to you should the candidate leave your employment during the first twelve months.
• Psychometric profiles on all candidates, including a full overview guide and bespoke interview questions
• Candidate Skills Testing - choose from a selection of over 1100 tests and a wide range of customising options, so we’ll adapt our service to serve your specific needs.
• Fixed Fee – No nasty suprises at the end of the project.  Aaron Wallis will fix the recruitment fee so you’ll know the total cost of our service at the start of the assignment.
• Our Fees - Aaron Wallis is a name you can trust; unlike most recruiters, our Terms of Business are freely available through our website and a link to our Terms of Business can be found here.  Our fees are 15% of the first years guaranteed income based upon us being your ‘sole agency’ for two weeks (fixed at the midpoint of your offered salary range).  Assuming the basis of ‘multiple agency', our fees are 20% of the first years guaranteed income. 
• Unrivalled database - With one of the largest marketing budgets within our sector, we are typically able to provide you with the initial shortlist within five working days. 

We feel we offer a better service from the word “go” and take pride in our ability to get it right.  We earn repeat business from over two-thirds of our clients and we aim to provide you with the same experience.
