Aaron Wallis are experts in modern recruitment techniques.  We offer training services to other recruitment businesses or to internal recruitment teams and HR teams to 'up skill' to the levels required to compete for top talent in today's highly candidate led marketplace.  Our training is applicable to all industry sectors as the methodology is the same throughout.  

Our training is delivered by a team of three trainers, one of whom is a Chartered Occupational psychologist with six years recruitment training experience; another with ten years recruitment and recruitment training experience and the last being one of our directors who is a published expert in Internet recruitment methods.
