Our Fixed Fee recruitment offering allows you to hire your chosen member of staff at a fixed rate without the increased worry of a higher recruitment fee.
In order for the Fixed Fee to become applicable, we require a signed agreement of our Terms of Business returned to us at the start of the assignment.
Unlike many other recruitment companies, we are totally transparent with our fees.
The fee as a total cost along with the percentage will be detailed to you from the outset. Our Fixed Fee Policy ensures you know exactly how much our fee will be and that a business agreement is in place to benefit all parties.
