One of the key drivers of success in the sales business is accurate and clean data that allows marketing campaigns to target the correct contacts, addresses and decision makers. This is vital to ensure that resources are not wasted or spent on things that will not further the business. The Direct Marketing Association report that 1/5^th of all business data becomes obsolete and outdated every year. This means that 20% of your marketing campaign could be wasted by going to the wrong addresses or contacts. Here at Aaron Wallis we offer two cutting-edge services to help cleanse your data:

Telemarketing Data Cleansing Services- From £20 an hour

We have an experienced telemarketing team who will clean the data on your behalf. This service ranges in price from between £20 to £28 per hour and involves manually calling each contact, confirming all contact details to ensure that they are worthy of keeping in contact with. Our team can ring decision makers for your business, and all relevant contacts to keep your information up to date and accurate, we will even find additional data for you.

This additional data can come in the form of detailed company information, annual budgets for purchase or comprehensive supplier information including contracts. This information can be supplied to you through a spreadsheet for you to import onto your CRM system, or a CSV file. Aaron Wallis can even offer a solution that uses your own CRM system to cleanse the data, if this can be facilitated.

The cost of this service includes all reporting and administration, and all of the conversation that occurs with your contacts. Aaron Wallis ensures that your campaign is successful by committing to a service level agreement.

Data Cleansing Campaign by Temporary Sales Staff- from £11 an hour

Aaron Wallis will manage and source temporary sales led staff work from your premises to cleanse and improve your customer database. This service ranges from between £11 and £18 per hour (dependent on the level of experience of staff that you require) and includes the worker’s salary, employer’s national insurance contributions, worker’s holiday entitlement, all payroll administration and finally any tax issues.
