"I'd like to say what an amazing recruitment agency this is. I had multiple agents contact me for a sales role but only a few were really listening to what I was looking for. George at Aaron Wallis was great, listened to what I was after and immediately got me an interview for a role I was interested in to which I accepted. Thank you for your help, I highly recommend this company."

PIP- Personality Identity Profile
We use the highly rated PIP for four main reasons:
1) It is simple for a candidate to complete
2) You do not have to be qualified in order to read and understand the results
3) It is not an ipsativ test, i.e: You don't have to choose a word which is more like you and a word which is least like you which means that the resulting profile has a greater degree of accuracy
4) It is a beneficial tool for interviewers to quickly get to the core of the interview.
The questionnaire is made up of 66 questions with answer options ranging from 'not at all like me' to 'very much like me'.
These questions are reflective of their personality in the workplace environment. The profiling is in the form of a 'Personality Questionnaire' and takes around seven to ten minutes for each candidate to complete.
The questionnaire assesses eight different areas, and the report describes the behaviours most commonly associated with individuals who respond in a particular way to the questions in each of these areas.
The conclusions reached in each report are based on a systematic comparison of the candidate's answers to the questionnaire with those of a general sample of the working population. You will also receive a report that indicates the candidate's preferred working environment.
PIP is a fast and simple pre-interview guide. An interviewer can use this to assess a potential candidate in a quicker period of time. The PIP profile also highlights areas that you should probe further and even suggests questions to ask.
Your Aaron Wallis consultant will brief you on how to effectively use the tool as part of your recruitment process. Feel free to call us to learn more about our processes:
