Assessment Centres can be daunting, particularly if you have not attended one before. However, most are well managed, interactive and great fun. Assessment Centres can be in person or virtual, they can be individual or group sessions. Most assessments consist of sales presentations, individual exercises, team exercises, testing and ‘on the job’ exercises.
