The Recruitment Process at Aaron Wallis
At Aaron Wallis, teamwork and low staff attrition are key to success. Our process includes:
Step One: An informal meeting with a director to discuss your experience, suitability, personality, and team fit.
Step Two: Complete an online personality psychometric questionnaire and ability test at home.
Step Three: A competency-based interview with founders Darren Dewrance and Rob Scott, plus a 1-2-1 with another consultant.
This process usually takes no longer than three working days.
