Facts about Joanne

Joanne is the HR Director of Aaron Wallis, a national recruitment agency specialising in sourcing sales and marketing staff.  After studying Biomedical Science at the Queen Mary University of London, Joanne worked in retail management and was a section manager of the store that is ‘never knowingly undersold’. 

In 2007, Joanne joined Aaron Wallis, where she has been managing the HR function and writing helpful advice articles for the website ever since.

Outside work, she is an incredibly dedicated mother to her four children, an avid traveller who has visited over fifty countries and a passionate reader, devouring over two hundred books every year, with a particular preference for stories featuring tall, dark and handsome protagonists!
