Rob is the Managing Director of Aaron Wallis. He still actively works as a recruitment consultant, predominately working in the technical sales arena coupled with large projects and hiring managers that have experienced significant recruiting problems. Having a first-class honours degree in History and an MBA, Rob has over 24 years within sales recruitment and is a published expert in recruitment process. His interests include travelling, going to rock gigs and long-distance running. Simon is an Associate Director at Aaron Wallis, specialising in FMCG and commercial sales roles. Having extensive experience managing National Accounts within OEM manufacturers and distribution channels, Simon is well placed to understand the needs of clients and candidates alike.
